Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you want to know before you book — pricing, airports, licensing, waiting time and what's included in every journey.

How does pricing work?

All prices are fixed and confirmed before the journey — the quote you receive is the price you pay. There is no surge pricing, no meter and no hidden fees. Tolls, parking, waiting time (60 minutes at airports) and VAT are confirmed at the time of booking.

Which airports do you cover?

All principal European hubs and UK terminals: Heathrow (LHR), Gatwick (LGW), London City (LCY), Stansted (STN), Luton (LTN), Charles de Gaulle (CDG), Orly (ORY), Amsterdam Schiphol (AMS), Brussels (BRU), Frankfurt (FRA), Berlin-Brandenburg (BER), Munich (MUC), Vienna (VIE), Geneva (GVA), Zurich (ZRH), Madrid (MAD), Barcelona (BCN), Milan (MXP) and Rome (FCO), plus private terminals including Farnborough and Biggin Hill.

Are your chauffeurs licensed and vetted?

Yes. Every chauffeur is licensed, insured and vetted, with relevant local credentials (for example PCO licensing for London journeys), clean backgrounds and experience with European roads and international clients.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight in real time. If it arrives early or is delayed, your chauffeur adjusts automatically and there is no additional charge for reasonable delay adjustments — that is exactly why we track every flight.

Is there complimentary waiting time?

Airport pickups include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from actual landing, plus terminal and parking handling. For city pickups, standard waiting time is 15 minutes from the agreed meeting time.

What is included in every journey?

Meet & greet with a name board at airports, luggage assistance, bottled water, Wi-Fi and chargers in executive vehicles, and a clean, immaculate car. Child seats are available on request.

Can I book by the hour?

Yes — hourly, half-day and full-day hire are available from a 3-hour minimum. Ideal for meeting days, events, shopping and city tours. Half-day is 4 hours, full day is 8–10 hours.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes, child and booster seats are available on request. Please mention ages when booking so we prepare the correct seat.

What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the journey. Inside 24 hours, changes are usually still possible depending on availability — just contact your coordinator.

Can you arrange cross-border journeys?

Absolutely. London → Paris, Paris → Geneva, Brussels → Amsterdam, Frankfurt → Munich and many other inter-city routes are part of our everyday service. Multi-day itineraries across several countries are managed by a single coordinator.
