This website is operated by Yulian VIP (“we”, “us”, “our”), a private VIP chauffeur and transportation company operating in Israel. By accessing this website or booking our services you agree to the terms set out below.
Service Description
Yulian VIP provides private chauffeur transportation, airport transfers, corporate travel, diplomatic and embassy transport, and tour transportation using Mercedes-Benz S-Class, V-Class, Sprinter and VIP SUV vehicles. All rides are pre-booked; we do not operate a street-hailing or taxi-meter service.
Bookings and Quotations
- All bookings are subject to written confirmation by Yulian VIP via WhatsApp, email or phone.
- Quoted prices are fixed for the stated route, date, time and vehicle class, and include the vehicle, professional chauffeur, fuel, tolls and standard airport meet-and-greet.
- Waiting time beyond the complimentary period, additional stops, extra hours and parking fees are charged separately and will be quoted in advance where possible.
- Prices are quoted in the currency stated on the confirmation and are exclusive of VAT where the service is zero-rated for international passengers.
Passenger Responsibilities
- Passengers must provide accurate flight, pickup and drop-off details and a reachable mobile number.
- Passengers are responsible for valid travel documents, visas and compliance with Israeli law.
- Smoking, alcohol consumption (unless pre-arranged), and any illegal activity are prohibited in all vehicles.
- Any damage to the vehicle caused by a passenger may be charged to the booking party.
Liability
Yulian VIP and its drivers hold all required licenses and commercial insurance. We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, road closures, security incidents, weather, strikes or airport disruptions. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, is the property of Yulian VIP and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel.
